We are also able to build " off plan " for those with their own Architect.

We provide a full start to finish, bespoke and complete service from initial survey, first ideas, the setting of budgets and design with our own trusted architects if necessary. We deal with planning if needed, we look after building regulations and make all required submissions along with engineers’ drawings and calculations if needed.
We don't expect our busy clients to do anything, other than work with us initially to express their wishes and to select individual items such as fixtures, fittings, and final finishes. However over 25 years’ experience has taught us that as projects progress, changes are sometimes needed so regular communication and meetings are scheduled.
